1. SUBSCRIPTION & PRICING

Next Battle is a subscription service that charges R9/day for Vodacom and R35/week for MTN (No Free Trial). By subscribing to this service you confirm that you are 18+ or have the permission of the bill payer to do so.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the service you confirm that you are aware of the cost of the service and that your number has been made available to Wireless Waves SA LTD for all purposes related to this subscription service.

2. AGE RESTRICTION & BILL PAYER

This service must only be used with the permission of the bill-payer and must only be used with the permission of a parent or a guardian, if underaged.

3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your subscription to the Next Battle service will be renewed automatically as per your subscription plan, until you stop the service.

Content is available until you unsubscribe by following instructions in the subscription confirmation message or unsubscribing by dialling the mobile network string for your network provider.

4. HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE

To cancel your subscription, dial the appropriate code for your mobile network:

5. SUPPORT & CONTACT

Wireless Waves SA LTD is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure. Wireless Waves SA LTD may be required to share information relating to a service or a customer with WASPA for the purpose of resolving a complaint. WASPA website: www.waspa.org.za

6. NETWORK & VAT

Network and WAP fees may apply. All prices include VAT.

7. MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES

You agree that we may use your mobile telephone number to provide promotional messages in the future, as well as marketing and publicity material to you or any other person using your mobile telephone number through mobile services.

You acknowledge that promotional messages may include offers to purchase services for a fee, including services that may be charged at premium rates.

8. CREDENTIALS & ACCESS

Please make sure you keep your credentials SMS, as this message contains relevant information in order to give you access to our service.

9. PROHIBITED USE

Next Battle and/or https://next-battle.com/za/index.html must not be used:

(i) to intentionally engage in illegal conduct;
(ii) to knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content;
(iii) to knowingly infringe copyright;
(iv) to knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights; or
(v) to send spam or promote the sending of spam.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Next Battle and/or https://next-battle.com/za/index.html has the right to suspend or terminate the services of any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any other related contractual obligations.

11. CONTENT TAKE-DOWN

Next Battle and/or https://next-battle.com/za/index.html has the right to take down any content (hosted as part of the service) that it considers illegal or for which it has received a take-down notice.
